Might I suggest that IF they is man is charged, and/or sued, that officers appear every day in court on his behalf, and sit on his side of the courtroom, in support of him? If he is charged, it will be Stengel's responsibility, and we need to all make it clear that even taking this to the grand jury will cost him in terms of support in the future.

I'll also note, that the Wilson's Liquors shooting took place OUTSIDE, as well. Once they fled, he legally had no right to shoot them, although I have no problem that he did so. Two less thugs ....

When will Mr. Jackson receive his " CERTIFICATE " from the Justice Resource Center?

Well spoken! I couldn't have said it better myself. We support you Mr. Jackson! The writer of this comment has a talent with his words and deleivers with a strong impact. You should write a book, maybe about your own experiences so that talent can move people and open eyes. I would hope that you don't let that gift you possess go unused. As for Mr. Jackson, I can only offer my support and I think our community needs to stand up against the people who would cause this man even more trauma to add to his ordeal when he should be praised for the hero that he is. All too often, people freeze up and become unable to make any attempt of action in a situation where their lives or the lives of their families are threatened. This man had the courage to protect his wife even if it was the last thing he would be able to do. That is a hero and no critisim can take that away from you and your loved ones, Mr. Jackson. Congrats. Enjoy the life you still have because of your courage and strenght.
