Elimination of Incarceration?

How many officers are affected by the "no visible tattoo" rules? Arms, and in some cases, legs? Do we have enough people affected to make this an issue? How stupid do those of us with tats look with big bandaids on our arms all the time? (Don't give in and wear long sleeves, wear the bandaids, make it obvious! Any black officers with tattoos? What are you doing when the rule is "flesh-colored?"
