I work in the jail as an officer and believe me when i say that the inmates no nothing about discipline. I have seen so many guys leave and be right back within a week. Its irritating to me so i know it has to be irritating to the police to see the same guy back out on the street within days. These guys get cable TV, they get to read the paper everyday, they get free medication and they get to order white castle and sub sandwiches through commissary. for alto of them it is like home. All their "boys"
