I know that, but that is the authorized strength. Getting an accurate number of officers working at any given time is pretty darned difficult - given the number that appear to be out on almost permanent medical leave, etc. The Southfields range sucked. The LPD range wasn't great, but at least it was pretty much out of the weather. How much do they charge for JCSO to shoot at the range? Where DOES everyone else qualify?
