Where could this be put?? I don't know, maybe not on top of a water supply? Maybe in a less populated area? Maybe not next to a main public safety communications tower?` I am sure there are less populated areas of Metro Louisville that would be a more safe alternative than the current. This is just another example of the mayors "I'll do what ever I want regardless of public safety and what the citizens want" governing. I only hope that all of Louisville remember how they have been treated come next
