Police say they have plan for air support after sale of helicopter

I worked for a dept bigger than LMPD without take home cars and the cars had 300,000 miles, wrecked, holes in the floors where you could see the road, not counting all the crap stuffed in the shotgun as a trash can. If BIG cities like Dallas (5000 cops), Charlotte, Nashville can have take home cars, then LMPD can and should forever.
