I suggest that all day everyday officers request the air unit and make them tell you it is not available. This helps because the requests could be tracked as well as the need for it. It also puts all those requests and denials over the air which is monitored by the media as well as some citizens. These results can be used by the FOP (if it has the nads) to prove the chief and mayor liars. Be smart not stupid.
