Police say they have plan for air support after sale of helicopter

A Great Big AMEN; it's finnally time to see some people on here with some -all's beside myself to tell it like it is. God I'am sick of reading all the CRYING; people all over the country read this stuff; yet they keep on crying.

We can just do away with K-9, FLEX and Domestic Violence Detectives also, you sound like you can do it all yourself. Why have things that can help do the job better.

That's right the city always had 20-30 officers riding in a one block area.With that................... oh screw it this isn't even fun anymore..................

I remember numerous times when the city called for the air unit prior to merger.You are just another example of the mentality that has prevaded this department, A complete and utter idiot. It's real easy to puff out that chest when there are 10 cops riding a two block area and backup is 30 seconds away. I know from experience and have seen it firsthand. So hero continue to wear that S on your chest and think that you are truly the super cop that you think you are ..NOT!!!!!!!

Police used to not have radios and also carried a revolver. I guess since that is how it USED to be we should go back to it. Get rid of the MDT's and all that new fancy high tech stuff. The old timers didn't have it or need it so why should we? Right?
