SO basically Col.Phil Miller of the KY National Guard answered the question for us. We would have to first go through State Police who don't have helicopters in this area and then if a bird and crew are available we would get support in an emergency, by then the gunman running amok has killed an officer or a civillian. Once again the the mayor has decided that the citizens of Louisville are to be left out in the cold except when he throws his big Derby party. Louisville needs air support 365 days
