2008 Contract Passes

Everything in the old contract still applies except for about 10 non-economic changes and of course the economic ones. One the contract is ratified it will be printed and posted. I will see about getting the changes added in here. There is also a website that has lots of Police contracts on it and it will be submitted to them as well. Sorry I don't remember the name right now.
