The basic problem with comparing the City of Columbus budgets and population with Louisville is the same problem we would have with comparing us to St. Louis. St. Louis has a city population of about 350K, but obviously, the reality is, during the workday, they are MUCH larger, with a MSA of about 3 million. Same for Columbus - I've got a buddy that polices in one of the suburban agencies. Columbus has a population of around 710K, but the MSA is 1.7 million. In comparison, we are at about 1.2 million
