This is a letter I wrote the Mayor, I think every citizen should flod the Mayors emails with complaints over this "fee" he is considering: Dear Mayor, Let me begin by saying I think you are a great mayor, I voted for you this past election, and will continue to do so, over time I have not always agreed with what you were doing, you did what you thought best at the time for the city, this decision about making officers pay to use their cruisers off duty, is in my opinion, A BIG MISTAKE, by allowing
