This is a little off the subject, however it still deals with money. Does anybody know why there are FOP lodges and members of the Sheriff's council lobbying against the State Police, KVE, and Fish and Wildlife from being accepted permanently into the KLEMPF fund. Does the RCFOP support or disprove this and why?
