Governor announces proposed changes to Pension System

Let them take the cars. Number one there wouldn't be enough space to park all of the cars. Second if all the off duty cars were parked then the entire house of cards/ shell game whatever you want to call it would start to crumble. Let the people of Louisville see how few officers are actually working at any given time.

P.S If they take the cars do you think LMPD will be able to spare the 20-30 on duty cars to work say another interstate repaving job?

There was recently an incident in the 2nd division where two or three pool cars needed some serious work done to them due to the fact that they had NO OIL IN THEM. Normally that issue doesn't happen to the take home cars since we tend to take good care of them. If they take away our take home cars, you can expect all of those cars to quickly develop a crapload of problems when they stop being maintained.

Heck, I've always wondered what might happen if I throw my car into reverse at 70 mph. (I'm just kidding, I'm not that evil) But seriously, what the hell do I care if the transmission dies the next day?
