Dear Govener Brashear, Before you try to enact this change I would like you to look around. Everything and almost everyone around you was/is worked on, provided by, maintained by people in the pension system. You called it a "train wreck". The state of the pension system is entirely due to politicians like yourself. You are trying to push the casino's through the general assemlby.
