Every time the administration makes some silly policy - like taking juvie thugs to YMCA Safe Place (like they are victims) rather than to JCYC - the FOP needs to have a press conference and explain the policy to the public. (And I'll note, only LMPD is under this mandate, not the other police departments in the county.)
