J-Town get to pick and choose from the cream of the crop of applicants, so "Go apply to J-Town" is a bit sarcastic! Believe me, if it were as easy as applying to go work for J Town PD, NOBODY would work for LMPD!
J-Town is just ONE example of a city who takes care of those who put their lives on the line to protect it's citizens.
