More Officers, Less Helicopters & $60 is a Pittance

I think that's the same rate that the state puts on cars assigned to state employees, who get to drive them home, so it does, at the least, have some background. They DO get taxed on it as a benefit, also.

i think the difference is that this way jerry gets the 60.00, the other way uncle sam gets it.
