An excellent bit of research. You must ask yourself , "Why all of a sudden is he doing this?" Is it merely a coincidence that it is comming after a hiumiliating public defeat on his library tax? It is also a coincidence that we have been working without a contract since last July? Is it because he is trying to lay the blame for the cost of running the government on others rather than on his shoulders where it belongs?
