The mayor implies we are not taxpayers? The chief states he doesn't think this is going to be a problem at all? How do these guys talk without lightning striking? Everyone needs to agree to put in for overtime ANY time you do anything outside your normal work hours. Any law enforcement should be put on an overtime slip since we are expected to be police 24 hours a day. Why can't we get anyone in the FOP, the council, or the news media to start raising heck about our lack of raises for so long? I
