 What difference does that make dips**t?  If you are an officer are you not trained to look for some indicators of whether a person is armed, about to fight, about to flee, on drugs or alcohol, etc?  There use to be a list of driving behaviors that would indicated the probability a person may be driving under the influence.  Each behavior had a percentage and when combined with other or multiple offenses it became even more likely the driver was impaired.  I can remember see certain persons
