Interesting given that MetroSafe could have just bridged St. Matthews police channel with Urban channel 2 and dispatched St. Matthews officers on calls as they came into the CAD system. Not that hard fellas, takes about 10 seconds. Or, MetroSafe could have just assigned a detail dispatcher to work St. Matthews channel from MetroSafe's MotoBridge console....or St. Matthews could have sent their dispatcher to MetroSafe to dispatch from there....transferring calls to cell phones is archaic at this
