He was a good cop, I know him and the sheriff of Bell County well. It appears that the hit to his vehicle was INTENTIONAL, he was parked across the street in the parking lot of Ky State garage on US 119. From what I heard the perp had to cross completely across the street and into the parking lot where he was sitting, there were no skid marks to impact. God bless him and his family. R. Evans 6th
