I have been here for 15 years now, and seen many FOP administrations come and go. Of all those, Bill Keeling at least makes an honest effort to better the lodge and the treatment of officers. If you believe that ANY FOP president has the authority to change the way the department is run, you are unfortunately very naive. The contract negotiations are dragging along simply because we are now no longer willing to accept the disrespectful offers that the Mayor's office is making. Hopefully this will
