The LMPD records state that the officer returned fire after Harlow shot his gun. This was conveyed to me by an LMPD officer who belongs to the same Division (7th). Was the officer telling the truth ? I don't know. Did the officer who shot Harlow tell the truth ? We don't know. Has the LMPD found out the truth ?
