City's homicide toll up this year |
RE: City's homicide toll up this year
Thanks for your comments, unfortunately that was the case and that has been the case for every single victim of property crimes with whom I have interacted since our burglary and car theft. FYI, I have spoken with, supported, offered solidarity and assistance to over 60 victims of crime victims since our event. In NO CASE was any physical evidence collected and ALL of the cases are "active", and none have been solved. Worse yet, the LMPD provides ZERO accountability to the victims and the officers with whom I and many of the other victims have dealt routinely lie and exhibit such unprofessional conduct that one has no choice but to generalize the negative feelings. I do believe there are many good, honest, and dedicated LMPD officers. I don't believe the officers with whom we dealt and the others with whom we continue to deal are "bad" people, they just get away with doing nothing because the management of the LMPD and Metro Louisville allow that to happen. So, if you don't accept lies, misconduct, lack of clarity and accountability, you have to seek legal action, That is very, very unfortunate. There will be further news. The names of the SOB's that you refer to will be made public at the right time...
