City's homicide toll up this year

Well you said a mouth full there;90% that say's alot about the police dept; coming to help the common man -ell that's a joke; you usually find them sitting behind a chruch; or shopping center; and don't even think that they will be there for your kid when school let's out. But hey there sitting there worried about getting a raise; that they will never get; hey I didn't start those rumor's about the Mayor; you new guy's ask the older one's why your not getting a raise.
