Ray Franklin talked the big talk, but when it was all said and done, we got screwed, and he got a fat state job when he retired. Up next was Cubby. Nice enough, but didn't do squat for us, went on to a nice fat fed job. Next we have David James. Big talk, no action, and voila!! a nice fat new state job. Hmmmm.....see
