Local Judge issues Contempt of Court order to Corrections Commissioner

If I was a betting man, I would say that our ontract negotiations have covered several things but one that I am sure has been covered in the fact that our president want's to be full-time...forget that we have much bigger problems he is apparently putting himself first...does that shock anyone?
