Looks like Portland Oregan is going through the same thing we are going through. This departments hiring standards are a JOKE. You don't need college to do this job. I don't blame most kids for not wanting to be police officers. The media has drug us through the mud time and time again. Plus who wants to work for DUMB(White) and DUMBER(Abramson). It's time we lowered are hiring standards. There are plenty of good applicants who don't have college or military. If you want my opinion both are worthless
