Every J-town officer I know couldn't stand him, and did NOT want to work with him. That says a lot. What if Koenig showed a gun first? Would Pickerill not have been entitled to also show a weapon? I think that Koenig probably forgot he wasn't a cop in a marked car, and things went downhill from there.
