How sick is that comment. Why praise anyone wheather it is a cop or citizen for killing. What has America come to. I would hate to be this cop knowing that I get a free vacation and a medal for taking a persons life. I always wondered with cops that when they take a persons life for any reason do they sleep at night or do they just drink alot more alcohol.
