That is one of the few statements by Evans so called "friends" that is true. God is the only one whose judement matters. Lets agree that this situation was a tragedy for all parties and try to heal together. There are alot of people/factors to blame for Evans death. As an officer, I can assure you that NO OFFICER wants to put in that situation. So, rather than pointing fingers and threatening one another lets try and work together to see that Evans death was not in vain. So many young people today
