not to be rude or anything but that cop didn`t have to shot the young man three times in the chest! all it could have took was one bullitt to his leg! you didn`t have to go and kill the young man! i`m prolby the only one who thinks this way but the boy just turned sixteen the thursday before the cop murdered him! that cop didn`t even give Evan a chance to live his life! but he just had to take that away from him
