7th Division Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting After Responding To Burglary Call

As stated to the last person on here who made the comment you just did-Until you have looked down the barrel of someone elses gun aimed at you, only to then be shot, do not place a count on how many bullets it takes to feel unthreatened.

Even if the house as stated in some of these posts, was a 'hang out' for the neighborhood kids and Evan and his friend were not so called 'robbing it', they still ran from the Police (when called to the scene of a burglary in progress might I add), and he was armed.

Also on your comment about shooting someone in the leg- let me come to a gun fight with you, and when I shoot at you, I want you to make sure you shoot me in the leg, after I have already fired at you? Now if you would just think about that for a minute and realize how ridiculous your question was.

As posted already in these posts as well, Evan was not wearing a sign on his forhead that said "I just turned 16 four days ago"??? What is the point in saying that. How much more living do you think a 15 year old who just turned 16, carrying a gun on his hip, was planned to have? Not only that, but when you run from the Police are doing it armed, the outcome is more than likely not going to be in the favor of the suspect, regardless of their age. Its called THE LAW and Evan was BREAKING IT! Not to be rude or anything.

If Evan would had surrendered. He would have gone to jail and still be here today trying to change his life around. It's the choices we make that defines us.

Oh! for it to be MURDER, theres a little thing called PREMEDITATION needed to charge someone.

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DID'NT KNOW.
