Why did they have gun's, and why would Evan point the Gun at Police and not put it down like asked? The one thing you are right about is never believe everything the media says....but what you don't understand is that someone called the police because they believed a house was getting broken into. So the police responded to a break-in in progress and when they show up 2 suspects jump out a window and run, and 1 has a gun and decides to fire a shot....too bad for him!!!! The fact is it doesn't matter if they were really breaking into the house or not, its that the police officers received a call for that and if they were'nt really doing anything wrong they shouldn't have run!!!!
