first how was he a threat at all? He was carrying used a gun: See the Courier Journal article posted May 4th with verifications from Chief of Police that the weapon was fired being carried by E Harlow. apparently he was on the ground..and didnt fire at him. And i bet the blow to the neck would have been enough..dont you? I dont think he would have been much of a threat if he was already dead -Until you have had a gun not only pointed at you, but fired at you also, do not place a count on how many times one should fire a weapon to save their own life.
