How can you say that Evan was still a threat after being shot 4 times in the chest and one in the neck. That is completely in human. No one kills a dog like that. I say he was trigger happy. Why would you do a random shooting in woods knowing you could be putting other officers or victims in harms way. Or maybe the officer was face to face with the boy and that is why all of the officers bullits ended up in the victim. Since the officers are trained to shoot to kill then the first time he shot Evan he killed him. So why the extra bullits.

first how was he a threat at all? apparently he was on the ground..and didnt fire at him. And i bet the blow to the neck would have been enough..dont you? I dont think he would have been much of a threat if he was already dead.
