7th Division Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting After Responding To Burglary Call

I posted the original message and I hope and pray to god Evan did what has been said because if not my faith in the justice system would be forever destroyed. My family has always been involved in government positions. Evan had relatives that were police officers and came from a good loving family. I had the opportunity of knowing him as a child. He had the greatest smile that would melt your heart. He always looked out for the younger ones. He wore his heart on his sleeve, but unfortunaly as a teen Evan made some very bad decisions. As an adult and an educator I see these young kids envolved in things beyond their years. Why? We want to first blame parents, then schools, then pier pressure, and then TV. I have seen kids that would show complete disrespect to myself and then when a parent comes in they are a prime example of a well behaved child. I am lost I have flip-floped everyday on this case.
