As someone that is extremely close to Officer Hodgkins and knows him better than anyone, I have just a few things to say. This is not a situation that any police officer wants to be put in, but unfortunately it comes with the job. I won't speak for all, but as police officers we take this job because we want to help people, we want to make a difference. Unfortunately not everyone wants to change or wants our help. Evan Harlow just happened to be one of those people that didn't want a helping hand.
