I dont see who can shoot a child. This boy just turned 16 years old. Police sure are quick to shoot aren't they?? Why did they wait until there was no where else for him to run to shoot him? Was it easier for you ?? Was it really necessary him be shot 5 times? Why not shoot him in the leg?? What comes out of ending his life, rather than actually teaching him a lesson? Maybe if there was more investigation on the situation..you would know what really happen. I dont think fatally shooting a child
