7th Division Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting After Responding To Burglary Call

I agree. Why put the offficer on trial in the media? I thank God that we have officers who put their lives on the line each time they report for duty. I live in Fern Creek and these fine officers make me feel safer with their thankless devotion to their jobs. If this young man was"trying to do better" why was he burglarizing a home and carrying a weapon? It's time the media stopped making a martyr out of each criminal who loses in an armed confrontation with the police. What about these brave men and women who put themselves in harm's way to protect us? Don't they deserve our some recognition for their efforts? I say,"God bless all of our officers!"Try to imagine what anarchy we would have without them! Thank You LMPD!!!! Be safe and continue your good work!!!!
