see this is what i cant stand.. these people like you that watch the news and think they kno the whole story.. the only people that kno what im about to say are the people that actually knew evan and the situation he was in.. the fact is that evan and his friend ( i wont say his name) were not breaking into that house... yea it really shuts you up dont it? theres so many more things that really happened but the news didnt tell you all that. i mean the only reason you even think thry broke ion is because the news said it. i wont go into to detail and explain why.. like i said if your reading this and you knew evan then u know wat im talkin about.. the neighbor that called in the burglary was wrong in doing so... they werent robbing that house. you dont kno ne thing more than what the news said so shut the ******** up.. evan did not deserve to die. and it is very very suspicious how the story so called happened. Rip Easy E forgive them mayne they dont know the truth.

not to be rude or anything but that cop didn`t have to shot the young man three times in the chest! all it could have took was one bullitt to his leg! you didn`t have to go and kill the young man! i`m prolby the only one who thinks this way but the boy just turned sixteen the thursday before the cop murdered him! that cop didn`t even give Evan a chance to live his life! but he just had to take that away from him

I keep reading all of these posts that Evan had relatives that are police officers. You know what then, Evan should have known better than to point a gun and fire it at a police officer. My father is a police officer and I know better. I don't care what I did I always listened to police officers instructions even when they were wrong. Police officers are human beings just like everyone else. They make mistakes from time to time, but regardless you still listen to them and obey their commands. In this instance the officer was in the right. Evan was in the act of commiting a crime when the officer approached him. He then made the biggest mistake he has ever made and it cost him his life. If he has relatives who are police officers he should have known better. This just goes to show you the lack of respect he apparantly has for those realatives. He knew exactly what he was doing when he pointed a gun at a police officer. The only thing Evan cares about is himself. To all of Evans buddies that are posting on here you can't deny it. Anytime you rob, steal, assult, or point guns at police officers you only have one agenda, and that is for yourself. Don't think if that was you lying there bleeding that he would even think about stoping to help you. Their is no HONOR among THUGS. He would have been gone in the flash of a light and left you there to DIE. So I say to everyone this little PUNK knew what he was doing the whole time. This 16yr old boy would have killed a police officer to prevent himself from going back to jail. So for all of you who think tha teenage boys are harmless I have one thing to say to you PETER GRIGNON.

LITTLE ONE, daylight had nothing to do with it. fact of the matter is what was evan doing with a gun? why did he point it at an officer of the law? and his finger prints were recovered from the gun evan had in his hands.

May 17th, 2007 @ 3:44PM (17 years ago)

all i have to say is evan really was changing his life around and only his friends know it. yeah evan made stupid mistakes but the shouldnt of killed him. he had no right to die. that cop shouldnt of shot him in the the chest. people who dont know the whole story shouldnt be posting comments sayin he deserved it and he shot at the cops. No he didnt shoot at the cops. No the twins didnt let evan in the house, they didnt even know they were in house. yes i am good friends with the twins i know them very well. i think that people who say oh its the twins fault need to get their facts straight. its not anyones fault. evan was changin his life around. he had a girlfriend who loved him with all his heart. he had a family, he had friends, good grades in school, everything he could possibly imagine. he was that type of person that you could go to. if he knew you and was good friends with you he would do anything for you. he would give you his last dollar in his pocket if you really needed it. i miss him so much. i wish the cops would explain everything. the thing is that i dont understand is if evan had a gun then why did they have investigators in the woods for 2 days looking for it. they found a gun that didnt have his fingerprints on it. why did the cop shoot him five times, especially with a shotgun. yeah i might not spell my words right. yeah i might not worry about my puncuation or capitalizing my words but that doesnt mean that im stupid. im not. so people get your facts straight. RIP EVAN HARLOW!! i miss you boy! wish you were still with us. itd different without you.

Chris,

Enough is enough.. Leaving this article on here is only causing more harm to the community. I understand both sides are very passionate about this, but both the family of the deceased and the officer need to heal. This event is unfortunate, but allowing it to be sensationalized is heartbreaking. Please do everyone a favor and take the high road.

Folks, nobody is about to recognize another persons point with such a controversial issue. There are only 1400 +/- people in the metro area out of almost 1 million that knows what its like to be a metro police officer in this day and age. There is an immense amount of socio-economical pressures that officers must understand, racial issues and biogots, and politicians to name just a few. Our society is in love with violence, egos and power struggles. Since the police is the most encountered form of government by anti-social cultures, the police will be hated whether deserved or not. Police are people that chose this job because most wanted to help. If the Constitution and politicians weren't so in love with gun ownership and really tried to keep guns out of kids hands, then police would not carry guns, just as it is in many countries with strict gun laws. Realizing this posting is a moot point, it's time to move on and begin dealing with the grief that this situation has caused for so many people. Chris, since your not a cop anymore, you can stop acting stupid like you did when you were employed with LMPD and take this story down.

It is not that anyone who does not agree is necssarily being criticized here,it is only the disregarding of the facts that went on here none of which you know.It is easy to sit back and armchair quarterback, but all you know is what you percieveably here on the news which is always slanted against LMPD. No one feels threatened by anyone who can think for themselves, it is only when people post comments that are based on a total lack of knowledge ,that it even becomes an issue. As for the police looking bad, if that is youre opinion then you are certainly entitled to it ,but just remember you are speaking about a dedicated group of public service individuals, who protect 24/7 laying down there lives for you ,and me.Would you be willing to do the same for a stranger. Just a thought. GOD BLESS LMPD KEEP SAFE.

The sad case is yes Evan and his friends were WANT A BE's. They hadn't the first clue as to what a true gang banger was. But yes he may have found out. Everyone is harping on the fact that he had a gun and broke into that house it's not true. The house was used as a hangout for the kids in the area. The house was owned by grandparents of twin boys Evans age. It has been used several times for kids to have parties. The parents of the twins live next door and were well aware of what was going on. Now they are just afraid that they will be sued because they allowed this to get out of hand. We can all speculate but Evan's grandfather, greatgrandfather and great uncle were police officers so I guess not every family of officers can claim they have perfect seeds that do no wrong. Remember judge ye not least ye be judged yourself you will answer for your condemnation.

Does anyone find it ironic that same night officer H was involved it such a tragic event. Almost a life altering event he was still able to search the second youth's room. Boy was he shook up or what? I know I would have went straight home to my wife and kids and thanked God I was still alive. I mean he was in fear of his life right? There was a gun right? Protect your self from a kid laying flat on the ground and pump five bullet through his frame and continue doing your job???? WOW we have officers made of steel.... Maybe that is a problem???

My question is why was he chased you already had his friend in custody and new who you were looking for...did he have to be chased, and why were there officers up in the field for two days afterwards digging for information...shouldn't that officer have known if he was shot at and he needed to open his fire...couldn't that have been a question answered that day...Evan lost his life at 16 years old, and i think it is very cold hearted for people who are parents or anyone of that matter to get on here and say that he deserved it...how could ANYONE in thier right mind say such a thing. and i bet you all call yourself christians... Maybe you should think about his loved one's who do hear about some of the negative things said...What if it were your child...so I think before many of you speak...maybe you should think it through...

I dont see who can shoot a child. This boy just turned 16 years old. Police sure are quick to shoot aren't they?? Why did they wait until there was no where else for him to run to shoot him? Was it easier for you ?? Was it really necessary him be shot 5 times? Why not shoot him in the leg?? What comes out of ending his life, rather than actually teaching him a lesson? Maybe if there was more investigation on the situation..you would know what really happen. I dont think fatally shooting a child was the smart thing to do. Now this family has to continue with life without their son, because yea he made some wrong choices in his life, and his family struggled to do the best for their son. Welcome to the real truth community...

As someone that is extremely close to Officer Hodgkins and knows him better than anyone, I have just a few things to say. This is not a situation that any police officer wants to be put in, but unfortunately it comes with the job. I won't speak for all, but as police officers we take this job because we want to help people, we want to make a difference. Unfortunately not everyone wants to change or wants our help. Evan Harlow just happened to be one of those people that didn't want a helping hand. As a parent, I can say that I would understand them grieving their family member, but what I can't understand is making up excuses for him. Good people that are trying to turn their life around don't break into homes, steal guns, jump out of windows to run from the police, and not only point the gun at their own head, but then raise the gun to an officer and fire the weapon! Evan Harlow sealed his own fate that day! To everyone that says things like "Why didn't the officer use his taser?" or "Why didn't the officer shoot him in the leg?". I would just like for you to sit back and think about that for just a second or two. In just the amount of time you may have thought about that, that's about the amount of time Officers have to think in a situation like that and decide whether or not they are going to live or die, and go home to their loved ones every day!!!!! The last thing Officer Hodgkins would ever want to do is to be put in another situation where he had to make that decision. He is a wonderful police officer! It's very unfortunate that he was indeed put in that situation again, but THANK GOD he came home to his entire family!!!!!!

You don't think you can be threatened for your life in the daytime? What an idiot you are!! Just to bring up a little fact you may not know, OFFICER PETER GRIGNON was executed for no reason and it just happened to be daylight outside when that happened. Do you know why that happened, because some little sh*the*ad with a gun just stole a car and then decided he would kill PETER for no reason!!!! You pathetic a**hol*s aren't educated enough to figure that stuff out, or put yourself in those situations, because you don't have the balls to wear a uniform everyday, to keep the community safe! And does it matter if someone with a gun is laying on the ground pointing a gun at you, the gun still shoots!!!!!! HEY CSI DETECTIVE you don't know sh**! Wanna be BLOOD did steal guns out of a house that day, and happened to pointing one of them stolen guns at an officer, so little wanna be made a BIG BOY decision and paid the ULTIMATE PRICE!!

7th Division Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting After Responding...

May 11th, 2007 @ 2:58AM (17 years ago)

Sir,you need to listen to the radio transmission again. The officer said, "A NICKEL PLATED PISTOL HOLDING IT TO "HIS" HEAD".NOT the policemans head! The next transmission from the officer is 5-6 seconds later."I'M 1086,GO AHEAD,GIVE ME SOME CARS TO "EASE" OVER THIS WAY" Now was the officer confused when he said he was "1086,and to "EASE" the cars on over his way??.Did the subject drop the gun during this 5-6 seconds time?I would think he must have,or the officer would not have called in "1086" ,and "EASE" the cars over.Plus he would probably shot him at this time.

About 25 seconds after the "1086" Air 10 says "HE'S GOT HIM ON THE GROUND".

About 10 seconds later the "SHOTS FIRED" traffic was made.Another 10 seconds and its the "1080,1086" call.Only "Air10" and the officer who was involved can really tell what happened after he was took to the ground. My personal opinion is that if the subject still had control of a gun,he would have been shot without being taken to the ground.Since earlier the officer called "1086, EASE THE CARS ON OVER THIS WAY".So what really happened? Will we ever know?No because our justice system is crooked and they will always watch out for each other

First I want to give my condolences to the family and to anyone involved. before i make any mistakes in my spelling i also want to say that i make mistakes typing and thats ok with me,not even gonna worry about punctuation ..and hope whoever is reading this overlooks it. i consider myself educated and i dont need hooked on phonics.i also am not from kentucky, i dont live in kentucky nor have i been to kentucky. i happened upon this site one night and have been reading the posts. this is a no win situation . i dont know all the facts but seems to me that louisville police department needs a real makeover. if some of these post are from officers and their families then i think they need to remember who they are. dont you want to uphold a certain image as an "officer" i dont know about kentucky but where i come from our officers try to conduct themselves with dignity. these post seem to downgrade its citizens calling them uneducated, idiots, morons, thugs, etc..you are downgrading a whole community, even your city, you make it sound like people in louisville are not educated..... you are a PUBLIC SERVANT' i think that means you work for the fine people of louisville.. as sad as this situation is i find it on the verge of being comical. its like two 4 year olds arguing back and forth. i listened to the radio footage and i have to agree that i didnt hear nothin that indicated that the officer was in jeapordy. but i wasnt there. i believe that the outcome could of been different. i think i also read regarding the killing in nov. 2003 another robbery call ((( according to louisville courier journal may 2,2007))) that this same officer shot another person and was gave a medal of honor. seems it may have been justified. but the comments the officer made was kinda funny to me. the comment was "theres no way in the world that i would ever want anybody i worked with that night to do what i done or be involved in what ive been because """""I KNOW I CAN HANDLE IT""""""" handle what???? killing.. do you have to be a certain type of person or be in a certain frame of mind to just easily "kill" he made it sound as though he is comfortable with this type of thing. where i come from that is what we call a thug... no emotion , just shoot to kill.did he mean it that way or was he protecting somone else from the the pain he is feeling for takeing a life. i myself would protect myself if threatened and maybe i would shoot to kill too. but i would make sure its the only remedy. maybe thats the case here ... maybe not.. i make no judgements on evan i dont know him,it saddens me to think hes dead.. does the officer lay awake wondering what evan was thinking as that bullet hit him.. did he think of his mom.. dad, brother, was he afraid .on the other hand i do make judgements on any officer or families of officers talking to fellow citizens the way ive seen on here. if there is proof that evan fired any shots then why not come public with it to stop the specualation, but if he was shot 5 times as these post says i find that strange that a man would shoot a boy 5 times , looks like after one fatal shot the officer would of stopped firing. i guess he needed to make sure he was good and dead. i hope i never find myself in a situation such as this. i hope my community continues to be safe and free of crime. we have our problems but i dont remember when a police officer here bragged about killing somone . at times its necessary for this to happen, dont know about this case because again i dont know. i hope that it proves to be justified. if not then somthing is seriously wrong in louisville. im sure the truth will come out sooner or later. god be with you all . rip evan and if the officer was in right then just let it be that... dont brag , dont belittle the dead, the family, friends, just do your job and uphold your status as a paid public servant. some may wonder why i would even respond to this seeing i know nothin of what happened and dont even live in kentucky, i just found myself compelled to try make all see that no one wins in this. just make it right if you can.

I think all this glory for the officer is a crock of crap, he'll be the one rotting in hell. If you don't know Evan, than don't say ******** about his family and how he was raised. I have known Evan since he was little, and to see people talk ******** about something they know nothing about just goes to show their ignorance. All I have to say is I have been taught Criminal Justice by an officer that has been in the force for over 20 years and has never seen cops as bad as they are now. If you listen to the scanner you will hear very clearly Evan was shot AFTER being on the ground...nothing about that is right, and it can never be justified. I do have one hope for that officer, I hope he loses sleep at night knowing he took a childs life, (that was not INNOCENT by any means) but that never deserved to be shot down. What if it was his child or family or even friend? So for all those people that have nothing nice to say, shut the **** up.

Evan baby, you will be missed very much and thought of everyday. We love you and we'll see you when we come home.

What is the purpose of posting these live radio broadcasts? Not being able to first: understand all that is being said because of the static; and second: not knowing all of the details of what the officers were facing, it seems to me that severe misunderstandings in our community are likely.

Amazing, I wonder if Louis Coleman and Christopher 2X will want to be associated with the little racist now?? It surely appears as if he wasy right on the cusp of turning his life around to me!

I'll bet his mother's really proud of him now. When his friends try to make this little a$#hole criminal into some kind of martyr, I hope that will be the photo they pick to airbrush on their t-shirts that they can wear during their `RIP...WE'LL ALWAYS MISS YOU` memorial day picnic. What a fine upstanding young citizen I bet he was. At least now, he won't be able to procreate and make new little dirtbags for the next generation of society to have to put up with.

The other side of the radio:

From the start of my tour of duty (15:00) until the end (23:00) on the day of this event the professionalism of the sixth and the seventh division officers were stellar. Thank you.

To the air unit who worked the event: When you had command of my channel, your excellent work directed the officers in and you assisted me in getting medical responders on the scene. I am grateful, thank you.

When this event occurred, many people stepped up and assisted on the radio and behind it. Officers in the sixth went from Egypt to Egypt covering the two division's calls for service. There was even an x-ray fifth division second platoon-er who came up on channel and took a run. Dispatchers covering the third, the fourth and the eighth pitched in and shared their officers. People in the radio room were calling civilians who had previously called for non-priority issues and asked them if they could wait for police response and their response was good. Thank you.

Every day I come to work before taking my channel, I say to myself:

Not on my watch.

I am self assured that officers and dispatchers know exactly what I mean by that, but to the civilian viewers reading this, it means that while I am my officers dispatcher, if there is anything I can ever do to make sure my officers go home safe and secure to their families at the end of their tour of duty I will do it.

From the depths of my heart, I am grateful for every one of you, whether you wear blue, brown or gray uniforms.

Thank you God for letting my officers go home safely from this event.

Respectively,

Your Dispatcher

If the boy was "reforming" then why did he have a gun?? If he was "visiting" the home why did he run from the police? I am all for the police protecting their life. If a suspect has a gun and especially if that suspect points a weapon at him, then the officer is justified in shooting. If a person flees from the police they deserve whatever may happen. It seems that no matter how the police handle a situation someone always has something negative to say. Those men and women put their life on the line everyday for us. If you don't agree with their actions and think you can do a better job then join the police force!

I know this officer, I watched him grow up from a fine boy into a wonderful man, a great father and an outstanding police officer. I have no doubt that he did what he had to do. If I am ever in a life threatening situation, I pray that this officer is the one who answers the call.

Instead of the media talking to the victims family and friends, who only want to condemn the officer, maybe they should talk with those of us who know him and only have the utmost respect for him, not only as a police officer but as a fine human being.

Our LMPD do a wonderful job, and put their lives on the line every day. My heartfelt thanks to all of them. And to this police officer, I AM PROUD to know you and to call you my friend.

One of the thugs in the new gang....uh, ooops, sorry... fine citizen from the group of young people from the Fern Creek area that believes they are 10 foot tall and bullet proof and can do what they please when they please and the honest citizens should just turn away and let them run amok. Well, it appears that he got what he deserved. Yes, I feel bad when anyone has to die. I also believe his family failed him by not taking a more active role in his life, such as it was. I live in the area and I see this stuff all of the time and I report it. If enough people stay in touch with their police force, maybe we can do something about this stuff and no kids have to die and no police officer has to use their weapon. Hopefully, now the good men and women of the 7th can shut down the rest of that group. They have been carrying on too long.

SO FAR THE CITY HAS LOST MORE LIVES TO POLICE CAUSED SHOOTINGS AND CAR ACCIDENTS THAN BEFORE WHAT ARE YOU TEACHING THESE SCARRED INDIVIDUALS? CAUSE IF YOU WERE GOING TO SHOOT HIM WHY NOT BEFORE THE WOODS? WHY NOT LET HIM GO TO GET UNFATALLY LATER YOU HAVEN'T SOLVED ANYTHING SUBSTANCIAL IN THIS CITY SO FAR..... THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!

It is ridiculous that our police department is constantly being tried in the media long before the true facts are known. Even once the true facts are known these are rarely made known to the public as to not tarnish the image of the "victim" while the image of the police officer forever remains tarnished.

Is this the way to show respect and loyalty to the men and women who put their lives in danger every do to protect us? No wonder so many of today's youth have total disregard for police officers and the law. Maybe for a change we should have protests on behalf of the police officers who careers have been forever tarnished by undjust allegations and media coverage.

7th Division Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting After Responding...

May 2nd, 2007 @ 3:53PM (17 years ago)

One thing we the people of the public eye cannot understand is "Why is the family of victims killed and injured during criminal mischief the ones to be questioned, and the media strong to publicize it and tarnish their protectors?" Should the family of the officers protecting the public every day be considered along with the impact it puts on their lives after they are forced into these situations every day?" Think about it, ARE OUR police officers to protect the public, the fellow officer and themselves or ARE THEY to protect the criminals who are caught in criminal acts waving a weapon? Obviously, the MEDIA is supporting the wrong people of the community and our society.

One question that immediately comes to mind is: Where are 2X and Coleman and their cronies? I suppose that The Justice Resource Center only cares if black thugs are shot by the police. Had this been a black youth the local television stations would cover it nonstop with 2X and Coleman running their mouths about racial injustice!

You went to high school with my brother, and are close friends with my sister and brother-in-law; also, I'd like to think of you as a brother and as family in more ways than one. You are the epitome of what a man should be, a heck of an Officer, and an awesome father of not two but soon to be three wonderful children. Life hasn't always dealt you the best hand, but you have taken it all in stride and from the surface no one could ever know anything was bothering you.

It is very unlikely an Officer will ever have to do what you have done, not only once but twice in your career. Not to mention all of the other commendations, and awards you have received, and also what you did with one award in particular, only a few know know what I am talking about.

I know things may be tough for this Officer at the current time, but believe me, this man will overcome the tragic event of Monday Night, and continue to protect and serve his community to the best of his ability.

Please Keep Him and His Family in your Thoughts and Prayers.

Just wanted to say Thank You for making me feel safe at night while me, my wife and children sleep. People need to understand that the officer was doing his duty. If you're too lazy to go out and get a job and you have to rob hard working families while they sleep at gun-point, know that this officer works hard and takes his job very seriously. He lives under our laws, goes by the book and makes Louisville a better place for my children to grow up in.

My husband is right he was doing his job and everyone out there knows that he was and that he went by the book. I am proud to have an officer like him working the streets. We need more police like him and I will be proud to stand up for him to all of you who want to TRY and put him down. If this guy was bettering him self than why was he robing people. He was a low life thug who thought he did not have to live by the law.

A LOT OF THANK YOU'S TO THE OFFICER and A LOT OF LOVE FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anything good can come of Evan's death let it be that other's turn their life around before it's too late. No one can judge him now for he is infront of the greatest judge there ever was...GOD! It's those that are left here that need our prayers.

As a Criminal Justice major I have yet to come to an conclusion whether or not this case is justifiable or not and I don't think I will have an answer until I know the whole story. Lord knows if I will ever hear the truth of what happened or even get all the details but if Evan had the handgun and was putting others at risk other than himself, I can't blame the officer for doing his job, but on the other hand, ( after listening to the police scanner) I heard responders say "He's got a silver-plated gun held to his head...We've got him on the ground...(a 5 second enterval) SHOTS FIRED,SHOTS FIRED." My only question would be did they not have enough time to cuff him? Did he escape from the cop and start running again (when they said they had him on the ground) before he was shot? Did he drop the gun when they tackled him or did he start running with the gun in hand again? There's so many question's that need to be answered to learn the whole story and to give a little peace of closure to the family and friends. It's sad to see a youngster of his age throw his life away but maybe this is God's way of teaching others.

Evan did have a history of breaking in houses, running with the wrong group of friends and not making good choices but he was trying. He kept close friends, played sports and made great grades in school...he was just a kid who got off track and had trouble finding his way back down the right road. I will not look down on him for that! -CC

I am a member of Evan's family and first of all if you are that brave to show his picture on this web site then you need to be a man or woman you are and give your name. What gives you the right to judge anybody who are you GOD. I don't think so. As far as doing a better job raising him just be careful of what you say because what goes around comes around and if you have kids or nieces or newfews they are not as good as what you think they are. You are not with them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So you need to think before you open up your mouth. How dare you say that Evan is in hell. And as far as being proud of our officers I feel sorry for you you sound like the sick one here. And as for the picture you posted I think be best thing to do is to remove it before legal matters are taken.

To all of you who gave your opinions about the shooting of Evan Harlow and congradulated the officer for doing a job well done. I am a very close family member of Evan's and the cornoners report came out and the so called officer you all praised unloaded his gun on Evan. Evan had 17 gunshoot wounds to his chest 3 of those shots was to the palm of his hand and 2 in each forearm. So this can only say that he was giving up. Oh by the way all you so called know it all's Evan did not have a GUN. No gun was or is in evidence. So how do you all feel about your so called hero. Also tell me what kind of person whether a cop or not does it take to unload your gun into someone. All of the bullits matched the officer's gun and all were in his chest except for the 3 mentioned above. Also the officer had his tazer gun out and put it back and choose to use his gun instead.

This is for Chief White what kind of officers are you hiring. If you or anyone in the police department thinks that what this officer did was justifiable. Then we need a new Chief. On the side of police cars it says to PROTECT and SERVE not to DESTROY and KILL.

This officer's badge needs to be taken away from him and he needs to be fired. Just like the Father to Evan said on the news this is not over. Justice will be done.

After being over a year and reading all of these comments well it is sad....you people who down Evan, his friends, and his family need to get a damn life. Still to this day Evan Harlow's family does not have anwsers to what happen on that Monday night....tell me why that is? Tell me how a kid got shot a total of 10 times and I heard only 6 shots? I do not see how you all sleep at night after you call names to a kid who is 6 feet under the ground and laugh about this ********....this is nothing to life about this ******** is life and death I hope to god Evan hunts each and every one of you and I hope to god that when o' so great Tom goes to sleep every night he sees that kids dying face in his nightmares knowing what he did is wrong. The police report don't match the conners report tell me why...lol guess only God and Tom knows, but from seeing it happen I can tell you this there is a cover up here a lot more happen them what this LMPD is showing and well it is a shame that the people who protect us is more stuck on trying to ruin lives then to helping them.....we need to come together as a city and stop this nonsense....in my lifetime I em' more scared of the police then the crimnals they are trying to stop and thats sad. Better believe I will run too...run for my life the next time they try to talk to me RIP EVAN HARLOW.....FTP!!!!!!!!
