I feel like someone has been taking too many crazy pills again! Just when you think that it can't get any worse, it does. This makes my head spin. Dropping criminals off at a safe place with other troubled teens??? AND they can leave whenever they want too??? This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of! Why hasn't the department done something about it? I can see that the crime stat meetings are going to be getting more interesting when the juvenile crime skyrockets in Louisville. Way to
