You really must be kidding! EVERYTIME a shot is fired? Already short of officers, now we're chasing a new form of a "911 hang-up from a payphone" that must always be investigated. Furthermore, thanks to the media, now every jack-leg in the city that lacks for some cheap entertainment will step outside and fire off a weapon.
