3rd District Congressman goes head to head with Stephen Colbert

Seniority and influence? When it's time for our U.S. Reps to vote, it doesn't matter whether they've been there for 10 years or 10 days as long as they actually show up and understand the issues. Either a bill gets passed or it doesn't. "Stay the course and he hasn't lied". You're right about that; "staying the course" has already cost our nation several thousand American lives, and has left many more permantly disabled. Do we really need to be playing referee in another country's civil war? Sometimes it takes more courage to switch gears and admit when you're wrong, especially if it can prevent more of our troops from being killed by IED's and snipers. I thought the 'reason' we went to Iraq in the first place was to find "weapons of mass destruction", so did we ever find any yet? "End all, Save the world, Greatest leader in the world, John Kerry"- What are you talking about? I didn't vote for that moron. Anyway, good discussion.
