IF, there are no gangs supposedly in the louisville community then why is every fence, wall, abandoned house in my neighborhood have the ABC boys bloodguns spray painted on them. This has been an on going problem for the last three (3) years in my neighborhood. The area is CONN ALLEY, PARTHENIA, STRADER,LENTZ, CAMDEN, and all other streets in the area.
