Based on the grainy video and low quality sound, I can't quite give it a thumbs up. But I commend the fine cinematographers for working with such a modest budget that the "mayor for life" provided them. Obviously he has given them more money than the very police department that they were video taping. On that note, I give it two snaps and word to your mutha.... I approve this message!! (I tried to find that video on Youtube, but that isn't where it came from. Still looking)....LOL
