I used the word "probably" because I wasn't there, I don't have any special knowledge of the case, and I don't know for a fact what exactly happened. Just like most people on this message board, I'm going off what I saw on the evening news, which isn't always the most reliable source of information. I can't say "she was clearly at fault" unless I was there at the scene and I happen to be the lead investigator, which I'm not. Just keeping an open mind, sheesh...
