I don't disagree that statistically, these things happen. But LMPD seems to have far more of them than the other large agencies in the state, per officer, why? Virtually every one of LMPD's "accidents" are clearly avoidable. And why "probably?" She was clearly at fault, she ran the stop sign. I know that intersection well, I can see how she may not have seen an oncoming vehicle, but it is still her fault, just like when you rear-end someone, it is your fault, no matter what the other person did,
